Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cases, when your eligible for a refund

  • If the user requests a refund before being contacted by the customer representative team.
  • If the doctor rejects the case due to unmet user demands before initiating consultation, and no contact has been made with the user.
  • When proper medical history or current medical records of the ailment are unavailable and communicated to the team before doctor consultation.
  • Complaints deemed invalid by our health team.
  • When a certificate is required for insurance claims regularization or duty regularization for government employees.

Cases, where user is not entitled for a refund

  • A non-refundable product has been chosen by the user.
  • The user is unwilling to attend the Doctor consultation
  • A standalone online Doctor consultation has been booked.
  • The user is submitting a certificate for a medico-legal case.
  • User has filled the wrong Form and is looking for International certificate or any another product.
  • The certificate has already been issued.
  • The user's ailment claims are found to be incorrect or illegal.
  • The user contradicts their own medical condition regarding the details provided in the form and during the doctor consultation, resulting in rejection by the doctor.
  • If our medical team discovers that the information provided by the user is inaccurate or a fake certificate is requested.
  • The user attends a Doctor consultation and subsequently wishes to cancel their order.
  • The user fails to respond to any calls or emails from the support team for more than 14 days after booking their order.
Note:
  • For Indian Medical Certificates, a refundable document format incurs a charge of INR 100/-. Non-refundable document formats do not qualify for refunds.
  • For International Medical Certificates, a refundable document format incurs a charge of $3. Non-refundable document formats do not qualify for refunds.
  • No refunds or edits are made to non-refundable services.
  • After the refund is processed, the amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 business days.
