Cases, where user is not entitled for a refund
A non-refundable product has been chosen by the user.
The user is unwilling to attend the Doctor consultation
A standalone online Doctor consultation has been booked.
The user is submitting a certificate for a medico-legal case.
User has filled the wrong Form and is looking for International certificate or any another product.
The certificate has already been issued.
The user's ailment claims are found to be incorrect or illegal.
The user contradicts their own medical condition regarding the details provided in the form and during the doctor consultation, resulting in rejection by the doctor.
If our medical team discovers that the information provided by the user is inaccurate or a fake certificate is requested.
The user attends a Doctor consultation and subsequently wishes to cancel their order.
The user fails to respond to any calls or emails from the support team for more than 14 days after booking their order.

For Indian Medical Certificates, a refundable document format incurs a charge of INR 100/-. Non-refundable document formats do not qualify for refunds.
For International Medical Certificates, a refundable document format incurs a charge of $3. Non-refundable document formats do not qualify for refunds.
