CertifyMyHealth is an online platform that connects users with registered medical practitioners for the purpose of issuing digital medical certificates. These certificates are provided after a brief teleconsultation and are issued solely at the discretion of the consulting doctor. CertifyMyHealth serves only as a facilitating intermediary and does not issue or alter medical documents directly.
We do not guarantee the suitability of telehealth services for your individual case. CertifyMyHealth does not provide medical advice. All medical decisions and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the attending registered medical practitioner.
Certificates for minors require parental or guardian consent. The final authority on issuance, diagnosis, validity, and refusal of a medical certificate rests with the doctor. CertifyMyHealth holds no liability for the denial, non-acceptance, or consequences resulting from the use of such certificates.
We issue certificates in English on the doctor's letterhead. These may include digital or hand-signed signatures, at the discretion of the doctor. CertifyMyHealth cannot alter issued certificates or provide location-specific details. Please confirm your organization's acceptance criteria before proceeding with our services.
Only patients (or guardians in the case of minors) are eligible for teleconsultation. The consulting doctor may reach out for additional medical history or clarification.
No refunds will be provided if a doctor chooses not to issue a certificate after consultation, based on their professional judgment. Consultation fees are for the doctor’s time and not for the document outcome.
Verification turnaround may take up to 20 working days. Certificates issued for medico-legal purposes (e.g., police, insurance, accidents) are not supported. Document tampering voids authenticity and legal validity.
