Shipping will take 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other cities.
Your certificate will be shipped the next business day after the order is placed, except on Sundays.
Once the certificate is shipped, we will provide the tracking ID to the customer. From that point, delivery responsibility lies with the courier partner.
If the order is returned to us due to incorrect information provided by you or failure to respond to the delivery agent's call, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipping.
Delivery times may vary. The estimated delivery time depends on the doctor's availability and the destination of the product.
Delivery may take longer due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
If the receiver is unavailable, they can inform the delivery person to leave the order at the gate, reception, or with a neighbor.
Delivery is attempted only once; subsequent attempts are not guaranteed.
We will only deliver the certificate to the address specified on the form. If changes are required, please inform CertifyMyHealth agent before your process is completed
Certificates will be shipped by our courier partner following the predetermined process. Requests for special early delivery or changes to the delivery method will not be accepted.
